Estate

Freehold Estate
A possessory estate that represents the most complete form of ownership.
Leasehold Estate

Grantor
The seller or owner who transfers title to a new party.
Grantee
The buyer who receives title in a transaction.
Mortgagor

Foreclosure

Deficiency Judgment
