Molecules that have identical chemical formulas.
Not Isomers
Compounds that do not have identical chemical formulas.
Constitutional Isomers
Isomers that do not have an identical order of attachment.
Conformational Isomers
Isomers with an identical order of attachment that can be made identical by rotating one or more single bonds.
Stereoisomers
Isomers that have an identical order of attachment but cannot be made identical by rotating one or more single bonds.
Enantiomers
Stereoisomers that are mirror images of each other.
Diastereomers
Stereoisomers that are not mirror images of each other.
