How does the electoral college work?
A system where each state is given a number of electoral votes based on its population. Electors will cast their ballots in and depending on this, either party will be awarded an electoral vote.
Do all electors have to vote for what their state votes for?
Electors are supposed to vote for what their state votes for, but have the option to vote for the minority based on their opinion
