Littering (Sec. 11-200)
Do not place or leave upon a street or public place any loose papers, cards, handbills, posters, or similar materials
Interference w/ Public Way (Sec. 11-300)
Do not enclose any part of a street or public place or place or maintain any moveable obstruction or nuisance
Temporary Structures in Public Way (Sec. 11-301)
Do not place a table, stand, stall, booth, or erection for sales or business purposes upon a street or public place
Storage or Loading Devices in Public Way (Sec. 11-302)
Do not place any wood, coal, other fuels, boxes, barrels, crates, or other containers on a street or public place
Do not maintain a shute, skid, or another stationary device over a sidewalk or public place
Gates, Hatchway, or Coal-Hole in Public Way (Sec. 11-303)
Do not construct, keep, or maintain any open grate, opening, or object / device sunk below / raised above the level of the surface of a street or public place
For City Council permitted close-covered hatchways and coal-holes, the covers shall be placed and maintained at the level of the surface and roughened / studded as to prevent danger or injury to pedestrians
Porch or Platform in Public Way (Sec. 11-304)
Do not erect, place, or maintain any portico, porch, platform, or step extending into any street

Barbed Wire or Fence in Public Way (Sec. 11-305)
Do not place, erect, or maintain barbed wire or other fence upon the line of or within a street or public place
Stones or Earth Falling into Public Way
The owner of lands situated so that earth, rocks, or trees are liable to slide, roll, or fall upon any street or public place shall construct and maintain walls, barriers, or other devices for effective prevention
Additionally, the owner shall, upon written notice from the City Council, remove all loose or insecure earth, rocks, and trees from land
Litter or Trash in Public Way
Do not put, place, or keep earth, stone, dirt, ashes, rubbish, litter, or waste material of any kind on a street or public place
Cartage of Loose Materials
Do not convey through any street any earth, gravel, coal, shavings, sawdust, wood, or other loose materials
Hoisting Materials over Public Way
Do not raise or lower goods, merchandise, or materials over any street or public place into or from any part of a building above the street story
