Concussion is a mild brain injury in which the brain is affected. Some symptoms include headache, nausea, dizziness. And treatments for concussion are rest, avoid screen activity, and gradual return under the doctor’s note.

What are ligaments & tendons?
Ligaments connect bone to bone which stabilizes joints, and tendons connects muscles to bones which helps movement.
What muscles allow flexing and extending your arm?
Biceps brachii allow flexing and triceps brachii allow extending the arm.
