Staphylococcus aureus
Reservoir: Humans (skin, mouth, nasal cavity). 30-50% of people are carriers.
Clostridium botulinum
Reservoir: Soil, freshwater, animal and fish intestinal tracts.
Bacillus cereus
Reservoir: Widespread in nature; soil, dust, animals, humans.
Clostridium perfringens
Reservoir: Widespread in nature; soil, dust, animals, humans.
Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC)

Listeria monocytogenes
