Tomato aioli
A condiment made with roasted roma tomatoes, garlic, shallot, and white vinegar.
House made boursin
A cheese blend consisting of cream cheese, goat cheese, shallot/garlic confit, pickled shallots, and nutritional yeast.
Ex Animo
The bakery that supplies the croissant loaf used for the Tiramisu Croissant French Toast.
Royale
A dipping mixture for French toast made of heavy cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Grana Padano
The specific cheese used to coat the sourdough crostini in the Kale Caesar salad.
Dutch baby
A large American popover, similar to a large Yorkshire pudding, also known as a German pancake, Bismarck, Dutch puff, or Hootenanny.
Burger sauce

A French version of pesto containing only basil, garlic, and lemon zest, with no cheese or nuts.
Sauce Thermidor
A hollandaise-based sauce containing egg yolks, vinegar, butter, Tabasco, lemon, and a spot prawn and lobster reduction.
Sauce Gaston Gerard
A sauce composed of red wine chicken jus, cream, gruyere, and Dijon.
