Conditional Sentence
Describes a condition that is necessary for a particular outcome to occur.
Type 0 Conditional Sentences
Used to talk about general truths, scientific facts or things which always happen under certain conditions.
First Conditional Sentences
It is possible and also very likely that the condition will be fulfilled. (If + subject + verb (present) , subject + will + verb (simple form))
Second Conditional Sentences
It is possible but very unlikely, that the condition will be fulfilled. (If + subject + verb (past) , subject + would + verb (simple form))
Interview
A meeting for obtaining information by questioning a person or persons.
Structured or Direct Interview
The questions and acceptable responses are specified in advance. Responses are rated for appropriateness of content.
Unstructured or Indirect Interview / Open-Ended Interview
Not directed by questions or comments as to what the candidate should be asked. No set format is followed.
Semi-Structured Interview
Specific topic areas are covered with a general set of questions, but the interview flows like a conversation.
Stress Interview
The interviewer adopts a hostile behavior and deliberately puts the candidate on defensive by trying to annoy, embarrass or frustrate them.
Appraisal/ Assessment Interview
A discussion following a performance appraisal, in which the supervisor and employee discuss the employee’s rating and possible remedial actions.
Exit Interview
When an employee leaves the company for any reason, an exit interview is conducted to elicit information about the job or related matters.
Allocate
Distribute something for a particular purpose in an organized way.
Empathize
Understand or share another person’s feelings or experiences.
Logistical
Relating to the detailed organization of a complex operation that involves a lot of people and equipment.
Optimize
Make the best use of something; use something in an efficient or perfect way.
