Stimulus
Refers to the changes in the environmental conditions that are detected by receptors present in the body.
Hind brain
A region of the brain formed of three parts: cerebellum, pons, and medulla oblongata.
Meninges
Three connective tissue membranes (Duramater, Arachnoid membrane, and Piamater) that cover the brain and protect it from mechanical injury.
