League of nations

Its objective is to prevent war through collective security and disarmament. It was created after WWI to provide a space for resolving  international disputes and preventing future wars. 

Universal declaration of human rights

December 10, 1948. It wants to promote universal respect and freedom.

It’s the main representative body of the UN. Composed of all 193 member states.

It’s the UN body that coordinates economic, social, and environmental work. It’s important for sustainable development. It has 54 member states.

Security Council

It’s responsible for maintaining international peace and security. It is composed of 15 member states.
