Used for specific times such as 6:30pm and the phrase at night.
IN (Preposition)
Used for years (2024), months (October), seasons (spring, fall), and periods of the day (the afternoon).
ON (Preposition)
Used for specific dates (12-06-2026), days of the week (Fridays), holidays (Halloween), and the phrase on vacation.
