Rule #1

1. Recruits shall demonstrate superior knowledge of the Four Pillars and integrate the words as part of their everyday and lifelong standards.

Rule #2

Recruits shall respectfully yield to all of the Recruitment Master's commands.
a. The Educator is second in command during the Recruitment Process and shall assume responsibility under Recruitment Master's absence.

Rule #3

Recruits shall act and address the active members of Theta Nu Kappa respectfully.

Rule #4

Recruits shall never admit to anyone outside of the fraternity that they are in the recruitment process nor shall they reveal any fraternity secrets during
AND after the recruitment process is over.

Rule #5

Recruits shall treat their fellow line brothers with respect and demonstrate a non-hierarchical structure.

Rule #6

Recruits shall read and memorize all information presented to them by the Educator.

Rule #7

Recruits shall not consume alcohol or partake in any substances at any time during the recruitment process.

Rule #8

Recruits that do not abide by any of the rules and regulations stated on this document shall face consequences laid forth by the Recruitment Master.
As Recruits of Theta Nu Kappa, the Line is responsible for the following:

Plan and organize one brotherhood event with the Fraternity and the Line

Foot note 2

Holding one (1) weekly Line meeting that best fits everyone schedules.
Contact Recruitment Team with finalized meeting day, time, and location.

Foot note 3

Dressing up in professional attire the same day of the Line meeting.

Foot note 4

Completing all eight (8) weekly required study hours.

Foot note 5

Completing all two (2) weekly gym or wellness hours.

The pilar of brotherhood establishes that all brothers of theta nu kappa exhibit amongst absolute loyalty wholehearted trust, and understanding to preserve our undying familial bond, advancing our personal and collective maturation.

Pillar of Prudence

The pillar of prudence establishes that all brothers of theta Nu kappa retain the attribute of foresight, capacity for rational judgment, and the presence of mind required to utilize these characteristics to serve the common.
