Joint Operation Control - used to report problems.

Ten Minutes
Used to refer to being close by, up to the first river crossing or at the cattle grid. Pick up guests before the cattle grid. Or on the S bend
Green Channel
Used by those operating far away in the South.
Red and Blue Channels
By sight channels, used for sightings but can interfere if sightings are close to each other.
Going Mobile
Announcing you are leaving the lodge and starting to drive, especially important for new drivers.
Reporting a Sighting
Include the location, what the animal is doing (static/mobile), and visibility (out of five).
Full Lock
When there are four vehicles at a sighting, the sighting should be moved to a color channel and standby initiated.
Standby One
The person responsible for managing the lock and communicating with others who want to join the sighting.
Pulling Out of a Lock
The person leaving the sighting designates the next person in line (Standby One) to take charge and informs others.
