body dysmorphic disorder (BDD)
A disorder characterized by an excessive concern with minor or nonexistent defects in physical appearance, leading patients to believe they are unacceptably deformed and unattractive despite appearing normal.
gender dysphoria (GD)
The distress experienced by an individual due to a mismatch between their gender identity and biological sex.
hoarding disorder
A condition marked by persistent difficulty in parting with possessions, regardless of their actual value or usefulness.
