Effectiveness (in Usability)
The degree to which software facilitates task completion accurately and with few errors.
Efficiency (in Usability)
The performance of the software in terms of user effort and time to complete a task.
Satisfaction (in Usability)
The degree to which users find the software likable, comfortable, and trustworthy.
Comprehensibility (in Usability)
The clarity and ease of learning associated with the software, including appropriate help and documentation.
ISO 9241-11

ISO/IEC 9126-1
Defines usability as the capability of a software product to be understood, learned, and used by the user under specified conditions.
UX (User Experience)

UI (User Interface)
The point of interaction between the user and a digital product, service, or system.
Iterative Prototyping
The process of refining designs based on user feedback and testing, common in User-Centered Design.
Interaction Model
An abstract model that represents human behavior and communication with a computer for task performance.
Usability Evaluation
The process of testing, inspection, and inquiry to identify usability problems and gather user feedback.
Heuristics
Rules of thumb or criteria used by evaluators to identify potential usability issues in a system.
