Salesforce Certified Administrator
The first credential in the program focused on the features and functionality used to maintain a Salesforce implementation.
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
A second-level credential targeted toward administrators who have mastered configuration maintenance, administration best practices, and advanced features.
ADM201 (Administration Essentials for New Admins)
The recommended course that provides the equivalent experience and knowledge required prior to taking the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam.
