(1) originally built in 1705 (by Vanbrugh) burnt in 1789

(2) rebuilt in 1791 (by Novosielski) burnt in 1867

(3) rebuilt in 1868 by George Trollope and Sons Co. with new advancements in theater tech the building became out modeled and demolished in 1896

style of architecture

inspired by baroque/ french renaissance with Corinthian columns in front/ interior made by W. H. Romaine-Walker inspired by Royal Opera of Versailles.
