What is the distinction between macro, semimicro, and micro analysis in qualitative analysis based on substance amount?
Macro analysis uses 0.1 to 0.5g of substance and about 20mL of solution; semimicro analysis needs 0.05g of substance and 1mL of solution; and micro analysis requires a very small amount of substance.
