What is position?
Location relative to reference location.
What is displacement?
The change in position.
What is distance?
The magnitude of the displacement.
What is a vector?
A quantity that has both magnitude and direction.
What is a scalar?
A quantity that has magnitude, but no direction.
What is velocity?
Displacement divided by the time interval over which displacement occurred.
What is speed?
Magnitude of the velocity.
What is acceleration?
Velocity change divided by the time interval over which velocity change occurred.
What is the acceleration of gravity (g)?
9.81 m/s2
