Meaning/Purpose

Hold non-dominant hand out in flat position (palm to side). With dominant hand (palm facing down) place tip of middle and pointer finger (fingers slightly apart) against palm of non-dominant hand. Then keeping gesture, rotate dominant hand so that the palm faces you.
