First-Person
The narrator plays a role in the story and tells it from his/her perspective
Stream of Consciousness
(an ‘unedited’ rendering of a person’s thoughts)
Epistolary voice
(letters or other documents, may contain third-person perspectives)
Second-Person
The reader is the protagonist.
Subjective or Limited
when the narrator conveys the thoughts, feelings, and opinions of one or more characters. If there is just one character, it can be termed third-person limited, in which the reader is limited to the thoughts of some particular character (often the protagonist) as in the first-person mode, except still giving personal descriptions using third-person pronouns.
Third-Person
The narrator typically stands outside the universe of the story.
