Non-social Activity
Also known as Solitary Play or Onlooker play, where the child plays on their own
Associative Play
A form of true social participation
Children play near each other and may interact through exchange toys, but are engaged in separate activities
Cooperative Play
A form of true social Participation wherein children are engafed toward a common goal

Parallel Play
A form of limited social participation where children play near each other, but do not interact with one another
Functional Play
Simple and repetitive motor movements with or without objects (running, going up & down and throwing a ball back and forth each other)
Constructive Play
A type of play where children create or construct something like building things with blocks

Puberty
A short period between late childhood and adolescence

It also functions as producer of gonadotropin-releasing hormone which causes the gonads to increase their production
