NOTE the engine may be started without suction pressure; however, this procedure should be used only when absolutely necessary since repeated engine starts without suction
pressure will reduce hydraulic pump life.

CAUTION If all engines are required to be shut down prior to takeoff, accomplish the (-1 2.10)
After Landing check before accomplishing the Engine Shutdown check. This will prevent power interruptions and possible damage to avionics equipment.
How many APUs do you need? (-1 2.10)
Flight without at least one operable APU is prohibited. This is to ensure that bleed air will be available in the event of a four engine flameout. The generator must be operable on the operating APU and must be capable of carrying the airplane electrical loads to supply power for the Four Engine Flameout procedure.
A complete preflight is required when the airplane has not been flown or preflighted in the last (-1 2.3.2.3)

7 bus ops (emergency), can fly IFR, no autopilot, no tacan, need emergency extend, flaps will work, but slats will decouple, which means they will be stuck out the rest of the time, because the targets are depowered, anti-skid still works.
