Knowledge Management
The process of capturing, distributing, and effectively using knowledge for the efficiency of the organization.
Data
Raw numbers or figures without any context.
Information
Processed or organized data that has meaning, understanding relationships between the pieces of data.

Tacit Knowledge?
Personal, experience-based knowledge gained through practice and intuition.
Explicit Knowledge?
Documented, shared, and communicated knowledge through words, numbers, or instructions.

Externalization
Articulating tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, such as concepts or diagrams.

Ensuring the efficient and secure management of information assets to support decision-making and knowledge sharing.
