Behavioral reproduction
transformation of learning into actual behavior; doing it, not talking about it
Symbolic rehearsal
type of practice with the mind; talking/writing/thinking about it, not doing it
Topical Sequencing
requires the complete learning of one topic before moving to the next task; concentrate on topic with no interference but the first can be forgotten
Spiral sequencing
requires learning the basics of the first task, then the basics from the second task, and so on; built-in synthesis and review but disruption of thought processes when moving to the next topic
