Lymphatic drainage
A massage technique aimed at stimulating the lymphatic system to reduce puffiness and promote toxin removal.
Lymphatic system activation
The initial step of the routine, using gentle massage to ‘wake up’ lymph nodes for improved drainage.
Chest massage
Massaging each side of the chest for about one minute to start lymph flow before moving to the face.
Neck massage
Massaging each side of the neck for about one minute to encourage downward lymph movement.
Chin sweep
Dragging fingers along the jawline and holding at the end point, repeated 10 times to move fluid from the lower face.
Cheek sweep
Dragging the hand across the cheek and turning upward at the end, holding for a moment; performed 10 times to drain the mid-face.
Facial structure following
Using your own bone contours as a guide when sweeping upward and over to ensure correct lymph flow.
Nose pressure point
A light press at the top of the nose that can help release congestion and direct lymph toward drainage paths.
Downward drainage finish
Pushing everything outward and downward from the face to the neck to complete lymph removal.
Daily routine
Performing the full sequence every day for consistent facial de-puffing and skin health benefits.
