Breath Meditation
Sit still, focus on breath; gently return when distracted (trains attention and control).
Ego Work / Shadow Work
When triggered, write: What happened? What did I feel? What ego part was hit (pride, insecurity)? Shift from "They made me feel"to "This reaction came from me" (Radical Ownership).
Thought Observation Meditation
Sit and observe thoughts without controlling or engaging them.
Let Go Practice
During the day, notice attachment and silently say "Let go."
Emotional Neutrality Practice
Feel emotions fully without acting on them.
Self-Inquiry Practice
Ask: "Who is aware of this thought?" – don't answer logically; experience the awareness directly.
Awareness Meditation
No focal object; just observe everything (expands awareness).
"Not Me" Practice
When thoughts/emotions arise, label them "Not me"(reinforces disidentification).
Continuous Awareness
Cultivate awareness during everyday activities (paying attention to senses, emotions, thoughts without judgment).
Effortless Being
Shift from "performing actions" to "resting in awareness"; embrace a neutral state.

Help others without telling anyone
