Use measuring cylinder to measure 30cm3 of dilute hydrochloric acid
Transfer acid into polystyrene cup
Stand inside beaker
Use thermometer to record temp of acid
Use measuring cylinder to measure 5cm3 of sodium hydroxide solution
transfer to poly cup
Fit plastic lid to cup and place thermometer through cup
Use thermometer to stir solution
Record temp rise on thermometer
Record highest temp
Repeat with 5cm3 more sodium hydroxide until reached 40cm3
What are some advantages of Hydrogen fuel cells
Produce electricity for as long as hydrogen is provided
Don’t get less efficient over time
Source of drinking water
What are some negatives
Very explosive
Relatively low potential difference
