Travel Trade Sector is composed of organizations that acts as an intermediary in the travel industry. It includes: Travel Agency (Travel Agents) and Tour Companies (Tour Operators)
• It refers to the travel agents and tour operators that serves as the middleman between supplier and the tourist. This sector also includes tour guides.
Article 243 of the Tourism Code of 1980 defines a travel agency
