A person is guilty of CPCS 5 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess a controlled substance with the intent to sell it. This is a D felony.
220.06(5)
A person is guilty of CPCS 5 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess more than 500 milligrams pure weight of cocaine. This is a D felony.
220.09(1)
A person is guilty of CPCS 4 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing a narcotic drug, and said preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances are of an aggregate weight of one eighth ounce or more. This is a C felony.
220.16(12)
A person is guilty of CPCS 3 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing a narcotic drug and said preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances are of an aggregate weight of one half ounce or more. This is a B felony.

A person is guilty of CPCS 2 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess:
(1) an aggregate weight of four ounces of a narcotic drug
(2) an aggregate weight of two ounces of meth
This is an AII felony.

A person is guilty of CPCS 1 when they knowingly and unlawfully possess an aggregate weight of eight ounces of a narcotic drug.

A person is guilty of CSCS 5 when they knowingly and unlawfully sell a controlled substance. This is a D felony.

A person is guilty of CSCS 3 when they sell more than one eighth of an ounce of meth. This is a B felony.

A person is guilty of CSCS 2 when they knowingly and unlawfully sell at least half an ounce of a narcotic drug or meth. This is an AII felony.

A person is guilty of CSCS 1 when they knowingly and unlawfully sell an aggregate eight of two ounces or more of narcotics
