Nasal Cannula → 2-6 LPM
Non-Rebreather Mask → 10-15LPM
Bag-Valve Mask → 15-25 LPM
Charcoal (activated) Dose and Route
1g/kg (adult) → Orally
Epinephrine Doses and Routes
0.3mg (adult) → Intramuscularly
0.15 (pediatric) → Intramuscularly
Aspirin Dose and Route
4 × 81mg = 324mg chewable tablets → Per Oral (PO)
Nitroglycerin (NTG) Dose and Route
3 × 0.4mg (adult) = 1.2mg → Sublingually
Albuterol Dose and Route
2 puffs / 90mcg each → Inhaled
Naloxone (Narcan) Doses and Routes
