a type of photoreceptor cell in the retina, see blue green red, each have a different type of cone, see color and focus clearly

Photoreceptors

specialized neurons found in the retina that convert light into electrical signals that stimulate physiological processes

Optic nerve

relay messages from your eyes to your brain to create visual images

Optic disc

The circular area in the back of the inside of the eye where the optic nerve connects to the retina

Blind spot

The spot where the optic nerve connects to your retina
