·       Check BP (between q dose)

·       Can be given IV, sublingual, or patch:

o    IV

→ titrate to pain, cont. giving if chest pain

→ 5-10 mcg/min

o    Sublingual

→ 3 tablets w/in 15 min

→ tingles under tongue, kept in dark space

o    Patch

→ released over 24 hrs
