In today’s day and age, employers are increasingly looking for global competency in their workforce.

97% of U.S. exporting companies are small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), meaning global issues impact businesses of every size

Now, The Ross BBA is incredible, but it's largely US-centric. This is a problem when 53% of employers say the ability to communicate and work with people from different cultural backgrounds is "very important," many employers believe college graduates are not well-prepared in this area.

Study abroad is a great way to gain these competencies, but not everyone can study abroad. Global initiatives (like Winter study abroad) are often inaccessible to low-income students, dual-degree students, and international students due to costs, scheduling conflicts, or visa restrictions.
So, for half the class, they graduate with zero experience navigating a real, diverse, global team. That's a huge skill deficit.

Introducing our solution: STRAT 480: Global Venture Exchange. This course is for every senior who wants that global experience on their resume without a semester in Copenhagen.
