What is interdependence?
All species depend on other species in some way if one thing happens to one species it affects all the others.
What does the removal or additions of species to the community affect?
can affect the population of others greatly it can increase/decrease prey predators numbers
Where does competition occur?
Between the same or different species
What is a stable community?
One where all abiotic and biotic factors are balanced resulting in population sizes being constant
What do animals need to survive?
Space(territory) food and mates(reproduction)
What do plants need to survive?
Light space water and mineral ions
Why do organisms have to compete?
All these resources that animals and plants need to survive are limited so they have to compete to make sure they have enough resources
