Elicit

To provoke a reaction, to cause or produce  as a reaction or response to a stimulus of some kind

Incorrect, false, mistaken

Fluctuate

To vary in level, degree, or value.  To change from high to low levels or from one thing to another in an unpredictable way. To waver.

Impetuous

Impulsive. Acting without considering the consequences

Innuendo

Hint of something, usually something improper, which on its face seems casual but has a euphemistic meaning intended to be understood by the listener.

Jaunty

carefree, confident, lively, boldly self-confident, casual (especially in a stylish or fashionable way)

Meretricious

seemingly attractive but having in reality no value or integrity. Fake, Specious, having a façade, Gaudy

Permeate

To spread throughout, so everything is affected (permeate the air in a room)

Vacuous

inane, lacking ideas or intelligence, empty, idle, thoughtless, lacking content or substance (a vacant room is empty of people a vacuous person is empty of thought)

Vehement

expressed with or showing conviction or intense feeling, done forcefully, with passionate conviction
