How should a player position themselves relative to an opponent to block off third parties during a wall replace?
The player should full box, block off all angles from third parties, and set up on the diagonal to the opponent.
When swinging on a wall, what is the safest positioning to avoid being 'insta edited' on?
Swing on the right hand wall while hugging the left.
What technique should be used when setting up to swing to get opening damage and lower the enemy's wall HP?
The Edit Reset Pump.
What is the benefit of a '6 Tile on the right' edit during a wall replace?
It provides a wall replace and a safety wall that can be reset easily if the opponent opens or runs out.
How should a player adjust their playstyle if an opponent is playing extremely fast?
They should do the opposite and play slow with their gun out, being ready for the opponent.
Why is it important to avoid taking 100 damage from a 'dumb peek'?
It is unlikely the player will win the fight because the opponent gains momentum.
What is the recommended action when hit low to survive and buy time for builds to heal?
Do not instantly go for counter damage; instead, make a box, hold out your gun, and figure out what the opponent is doing.
Where should a player make space if the opponent is directly on their wall on the same layer?
They should make space upwards.
Where should a player make space if the opponent is above them?
They should make space backwards.
How many connected boxes are recommended to have room to fall back and heal?
Ideally 3 connected boxes.
What specific box configuration is described as perfect for buying time and resisting pressure?
2 boxes up and 2 boxes back.
What should a player do if they are beamed in the open and need to heal?
Make a 2×2 in brick and counter peek from the back boxes.
What three behaviors should be avoided when low HP according to the 'dont-die-in-fights' playbook?
Healing in a single box when builds are fresh, ego peeking back, and not using mats to make space.
How can a player sneak or lurk out of their box to get free damage without giving up positioning?
By crouching and using ADS (Aim Down Sights).
What should a player aim to turn a 50/50 aim duel into by using HP advantage and safer edits?
An 80/20 or 85/15 duel.
When performing 'peanut butters' or 4 tile edits, when should the crosshair be reset to head level?
Line up the shot and reset the crosshair BEFORE confirming and opening the edit.
While waiting to confirm an edit to maintain protection, which direction should the player move?
Move hard to the left.
Why is it recommended to use 'old boxes' from earlier in a fight?
Because they will be full HP and the player can lurk in them.
