Talk about what happened

So during one aps training session two of my teamates started to call each other names and they got into a fist fight and everyone could tell that is was serious and it was definetly not going to end well. So i was the only one who stepped in and pushed apart and got them to stop fighting. I know a lot of my friends wanted to see them fight and they wanted to see who would win

What you learned from this

I learnt that firstly leadership is not a badge or a role and how everyone is a leader. I learned leadership isn’t about who looks tough — it’s about protecting people, staying calm, and taking responsibility.

How you want to help the school because of this

I’ll lead by example and make sure someone always steps in before it gets worse.

What is leadership

So for me, leadership is not just a a badge, I think that everyone is a leader . Being a leader is not just who has the loudest voice but more of being calm when situations arise and I think that one of the most important things that a leader can do is listen.
