exclusions to uninsured motorist coverage
Uninsured motor vehicles owned by the insured to a family member, the insured settles a claim without the insurer's consent, vehicle is used as a public or livery conveyance, when workers' comp. Benefits are applicable, there is no reasonable belief the person is entitled to use that vehicle, and no coverage for punitive damages
