The content focuses on resolving violations related to land, state economy, private economy and violations in technology, creative innovation and digital transformation.

Nghị quyết xác định cấp ủy, tổ chức đảng và người đứng đầu phải trực tiếp lãnh đạo và chịu trách nhiệm về công tác phòng, chống tham nhũng, lãng phí, tiêu cực. Nghị quyết yêu cầu xử lý nghiêm cán bộ yếu kém, đùn đẩy, né tránh trách nhiệm, đồng thời đặt ra cơ chế khuyến khích và bảo vệ người chủ động phát hiện, xử lý sai phạm

The Resolution specifies that the Party Committee and leaders have to directly lead and take responsibility for corruption, wastefulness, and negative prevention and control. The Resolution requires strict penalization of weak, shirking, irresponsible cadres and at the same time it establishes incentive mechanisms and protects people who proactively find out and handle violations.

Bộ Chính trị đã xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai Nghị quyết với 8 nhiệm vụ trọng tâm và 114 nhiệm vụ cụ thể. Nghị quyết yêu cầu các cấp triển khai đồng bộ, toàn diện, có trọng tâm, trọng điểm, gắn với kiểm tra, giám sát, bảo đảm mỗi nhiệm vụ đều có kết quả cụ thể và chuyển biến rõ ràng, thực chất.

The Politburo has made up/built a plan in implementing the Resolution with 8 key missions and 114 particular missions. The Resolution requires authorities at all levels to implement synchronously, comprehensively with particular aims along with inspection and supervision, ensuring each mission has particular results and clear, substantial transformation.
