Americano
Water and Espresso. Hot or Iced, offer decaf this to someone if they want a decaf drip coffee. Can add sugar, syrups, or milk (will only be a splash)
Cafe Au Lait
Almost always served hot and in mug. 8 or 10oz drip coffee. 4 or 6oz steamed milk. If flavors or syrups are requested, mug first, bit of coffee, stir, then proceed.
Cappuccino
Served with the cappuccino setup. 4oz steamed milk and 2oz espresso. Almost always hot, but can be served iced. Can add syrups but most don’t.
Cappuccino Setup
Rectangular plate, demitasse spoon, square napkin, and gibraltar glass with club soda.

Chai Latte
Hot - served in mug. Cold - Pint Glass. 2 or 3oz of ___, 10 or 13oz steamed milk. ____ concentrate and milk are put into steaming pitcher and steamed together. If iced, tumble, then topped with cinnamon.
Dirty Chai
Adding a shot of espresso to a chai latte. 2oz or 3 oz of espresso, pulled directly into mug. Chai and milk are steamed together and poured over top. Tumble if iced, and top with cinnamon
Decaf Chai Latte
Using loose leaf toothless tiger herbal tea instead of the chai concentrate. Ring it in the normal way, mark it “_____”, and special instructions “use toothless tiger”
Cold Brew
Always served iced in a pint glass. 3 or 4 oz of ____ ____ concentrate and 5 or 8oz of cold water. Tumble. Thin syrup goes directly into glass, thick is put into gibraltar glass with hot water and whisked.
Cold Brew Latte
Always served iced and in pint glass. Same as cold brew, but with milk instead of cold water.
Cortado
Served in a Gibraltar glass on a cappuccino setup. 2oz steamed milk and 2oz espresso. If syrup is requested, use half the amount. If iced, serve over ice in a cappuccino cup on a cappuccino setup

Espresso Shot
Served in a macchiato mug on cappuccino setup. 2oz espresso. Use half amount of syrup if requested. If iced serve over ice in a Gibraltar glass with cappuccino setup.
Espresso and Tonic
Served in a Gibraltar glass, placed on small plate, and served with a beverage napkin (square). Fill Gibraltar glass with ice, 1.5oz tonic water, 2oz espresso floated on top, lime wedge on rim. Can be ordered as a 12oz or 16oz. If to-go place lime wedge on top of lid not in drink.
French Press
If they want a different roast. Light, medium, or dark.
Hot chocolate
Served in mug. 3 or 4oz of mocha, 12 or 16oz steamed milk. mocha is put in mug first. Once milk is steamed, pour in some milk to dissolved and pour the rest. Va
Vanilla Steamer
Essentially a hot chocolate with vanilla instead of mocha. There is a steamer button in the system.
Chocolate Milk
Served in pint glass. Mocha is put in first, topped with cold milk, stirred to dissolve and then topped with remainder of milk. 3 or 4 pumps mocha, 12 or 16oz milk. If for child ask if they would like it prepared in a to-go cup with lid.
Iced Natalie
Always served iced in pint glass. 2 or 3oz chai concentrate, 3 or 4 oz cold brew, 3 or 5oz milk. Tumble.
Latte
2 or 3oz espresso. Hot: served in mug, 10 or 13oz steamed milk. Iced: 6 or 9oz cold milk. If iced tumble. Thin syrup is put directly into mug/pint glass, thick syrup is put in Gibraltar glass for shot to be pulled over.
London Fog
Always ring in Honey, it’s already included in the price. Can be done iced, presumed hot. Hot: put honey in mug, steep tea, dissolve honey with some tea, add rest of tea, and top with steamed milk. Iced: Steep tea, honey in Gibraltar glass, fill pint glass with ice, dissolve honey with tea, pour into pint glass, pour tea into pint glass, add milk, and tumble.
Macchiato
Served in _________ mug on cappuccino setup. 1oz steamed milk and 2oz espresso. If iced serve over ice in a Gibraltar glass on cappuccino setup. Anytime someone orders this confirm they want it traditional and show them the mug so they know what you mean. If they don’t think that’s right ask if they’re looking for the starbucks style.
Matcha
12oz is big scoop, 16oz is big and little. 2 or 3oz of cold water. Matcha bowl, water, whisk. Hot: 10 or 13oz steamed milk. Iced: 6 or 9oz cold milk. Thin syrup is directly into glass/mug. Thick is put into Gibraltar glass with a bit of hot water.
Pour Over
Served hot in mug. Takes 6-10 minutes to complete, typically served black, if they ask for milk/syrups they’ll likely be happy with a drip coffee if they don’t want to wait for pour over. Drip also comes with one free refill.
Starbucks Macchiato
This drink comes with vanilla and caramel. both are already priced into the system. If someone want to substitute one flavor for another, use the notes section to clarify. “no vanilla, sub lavender”. Vanilla is mixed in and caramel is drizzled on top. espresso is floated on top of the milk.
Tea
All tea get 1 scoop (peach gets 1/2). Hot water into the kettle, steep for time mentioned on container. If hot syrup is put in bottom of mug, if iced syrup is dissolved in a Gibraltar glass.
Apple Cider
Can be served iced, but presumed hot. 1.5 or 2oz concentrate, 11 or 14oz hot water. Use measuring cup for apple cider and add hot water into measuring cup so all concentrate is used.
Cold Foam
Pour 2oz of this into pitcher and use frother to whisk. Pour on top of beverage after it's been tumbled. Multiple drinks cold foam can be whisked at once. This contains whole milk, if someone orders an alternate milk make sure they know this contains dairy.
