Intro

Hey, hows it going? My name is nick. Whats your name? Nice to meet you joe. So i manage aptive. Really the reason im stopping by is because i just finished up over at katie and mikes house. I also do your neighbor rick, and there is like 10 others around here who use me. Im their bug guy. Who do you have doing the pest control right now?

Price

Awesome. Youll be glad i stopped by. Because we are doing everyone else, im able to just bundle the entire neighborhood together and do a group rate so everyone gets a huge discount. So usually, the first service is where pest control can get pricey. If you called me out, the first one usually runs you 399 dollars. After that is where its super affordable. It would only be 129 bucks a month. Because im already here though doing most of the neighbors, i actually waive my transportation and start up costs, so im taking 200 dollars off the initial service and do the first one for just 199 bucks. That would still cover everything.

Service

As far as the service goes, this is honestly why everyone has been going with me. Ill kind of show you. Do you notice how up here in the eaves you guys get a ton of the spiders and wasps? The first thing i do when im out here is clean and sweep the first and second story of your guys house and make sure there are no webs or nests. After that, i actually will treat the eaves so the webs and nests dont come back. More of a long term solution if that makes sense. After that is where i play defense. You notice as the home settles, you get cracks and crevices in the foundation right? So what ill do is each time i treat the home, ill spray 3 feet up and 3 feet out around the home to seal off any entry points so nothing gets inside. Honestly joe, really why people have gone with me and what will make the biggest difference for you, is that i pay for extra licensing. So rather than just treating the home, i treat around the entire property. So things like the grass, shrubs, trees, bushes, etc. What that does for you is it stops the bugs from breeding right at the source and again will create more of a long term solution. Does all that make sense?

Warranty

Cool. The best part is even with as much as i do. Im aware we are not perfect. So if anytime in between treatments you have an issue with the bugs, just call me and ill retreat everything at no additional cost.
