This type of interview is best used when problem arises in a workplace
Exit interview
Is an informational interview before an employee leaves the company

It is relevant business information in an organized and understandable format
General report
Contains information on outcomes, results, and efficiency related to the company’s or group’s success
Progress report
Provides critical information about the status of a project
Incident report
Is a form to document illnesses, injuries, and accidents
Recommendation report
Is a prepared to propose or recommend the options available to solve a problem
