If they ask about difficult customers
stay calm, listen first, solve the problem if possible, get a manager when needed
If they ask about working under pressure
prioritize tasks, stay organized, ask for help when necessary, keep a positive attitude
One trick for anxiety
When they ask a question, don’t answer immediately. Take a 1–2 second pause.
