National President
They give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Sorority’s mission, vision, strategy and annual goals and objectives
VP of Standards
They will serve as the Sorority’s Standards Officer and will supervise the Risk Management Officer
VP of Collegiate Affairs
They give direction and leadership toward establishing clear strategic priorities and annual goals and objectives for the collegiate member segment, aligned with the Sorority’s broader vision and strategic plan.
VP of Intake
They wil provide direction and leadership toward establishing clear strategic priorities, annual goals, and objectives for the graduate and undergraduate New Member Education Process.
District Chair Duties
Shall serve as an active resource/advisor/advocate for the undergraduate chapters within the district
Will report directly to the regional director
Is the first point of contact for all chapters with questions regarding policy
National President
They give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Sorority’s mission, vision, strategy and annual goals and objectives
VP of Sorority Growth
They will be responsible for overseeing all areas of growth and recruitment of the sorority. They will supervise the External Recruitment Officer anf the Membership Recruitment Officer in providing direction and clear strategic growth of the sorority.
VP of Public Affairs
They develop, coordinate, and direct public relations activities for the sorority. They act as the chief spokesperson and articulates the message of Kappa Delta Chi, the National Administrative Council for the sorority.
VP of Information Technology
They will be responsible for the oversight of all national systems. They will also be responsible for the continuous review of technological needs of the national organization and its entities.
VP of Education Curriculum
They manage the Learning Management System (LMS) content and capacity, as well as all strategic project involving the LMS. They establish training for all national leadership on the LMS
VP of Alumnae Affairs
They will act as an advocate for all alumnae members concerns and issues. They will be responsible for integrating alumane into the organization
VP of DEI
They will give direction and leadership toward establishing an inclusive culture and climate. They will establish strategic priorities for fostering diversity and ensuring that the work of all divisions is viewed through the lens of equity and inclusion.
VP of Operations
They manage the general operational elements and resources of the Sorority, such as finances, property management, records, and human resources
