January 6 Committee (2022)
The House Select Committee investigated the Capitol attack and Trump's actions surrounding January 6th. The committee interviewed over 1,000 witnesses.
Trump Impeachments (2019 & 2021)
Trump was impeached twice by the House, first over Ukraine and then over the Capitol attack. The Senate acquitted him both times.
Ketanji Brown Jackson Confirmation (2022)
The Senate confirmed Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court by a vote of 53-47, making her the first Black woman on the Court.
Merrick Garland Blocked (2016)

Congress approved around $280 billion to support semiconductor manufacturing and scientific research.
Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (2022)
Passed after the Uvalde shooting and became the most significant federal gun legislation in decades.
