A group of six autocephalous churches (including Coptic, Armenian, Ethiopian, Eritrean, and Syriac) sharing the same ancient faith.
Full communion
Being united in Christ by sharing sacraments and a common understanding of the faith with other churches.

The condition of your physical body and how well it is working.
Mental health
Your emotional, psychological, and social well-being, and their impact on how you think, feel, and act.

Expressed through prayer, daily Christian living, and worship, leading to union with God.
