  1. Hemorrhaging, Increased output, third spacing, fever from sepsis, dehydration, diuretics, burns

  2. lose fluid → blood decreases→ tissue perfusion decreases

  3. release renin → Angiotensin (vasoconstriction), Aldosterone (retain sodium and water), ADH ( water retention)

  4. tachycardia, Dizziness, thirst, slight decrease in output

  5. Orthostatic hypotension, cool skin, weak pulses, delayed refill

  6. Altered Mental, shock, very decreased output, hypotension

  4. Decreased cardiac output and shock
