Beneficial
Resulting in good; useful.
Empathy
The ability to understand others' feelings.
Furthermore
A connective word used to add information or arguments to a text.
Exclusively
Found only in specific areas or limited to a certain group.
Carnivores
Animals that exclusively eat meat, such as the Komodo dragon.
Steep
To soak or infuse, typically for 3–5 minutes in hot water.
Dissolves
To melt or mix into a liquid until it is no longer visible.
Soothing
Having a calming or relaxing effect.
Squeeze
To press tightly to extract liquid, such as lemon juice.
Remove
To take away or eliminate an item from a container or area.
Outweigh the benefits
A phrase indicating that the disadvantages of a situation are greater than the advantages.
General Truth
A statement that is always true, such as "Water boils at 100oC at sea level" or "The sun rises in the east."
Noun Phrase
A group of words functioning as a noun, such as "The large brown dog" or "a beautiful ancient temple."
Verbal Imperative
A direct command using an action verb, such as "Open the door!" or "Boil one cup of water."
Nominal Imperative
A direct command using "be" and an adjective or noun, such as "Be careful!"
Passive Voice
A sentence structure where the subject receives the action, such as "The report was written by Dewi."
