Effective Communication

Verbal Communication
The process of exchanging thoughts, ideas, and messages through the use of words or language.
Non-Verbal Communication
Communication without words, involving gestures, facial expressions, body movements, and eye contact.

The increasing connectedness and interdependence of world cultures and economies.
Interpersonal Communication
Communication that takes place between two or more people.
Intrapersonal Communication
Communication with oneself using internal vocalization.

A tool for organizing and clarifying messages, using vertical and horizontal mapping.
